Our team just returned from RE+ 2025 in Las Vegas, and it was one of the most energizing events we’ve attended. Every year this show reminds us how dynamic and resilient the clean energy industry is — and this year was no exception.

Like the rest of the industry, we’ve faced challenges and learned a lot along the way. One thing has stayed constant: our commitment to being the most efficient wholesaler in the business, built from the ground up to serve our partners better, faster, and smarter.

While there were countless conversations and insights, here are a few of the biggest themes we brought home:

  • High demand and tight supply: Manufacturers reported record order volumes both before and during RE+. Many are already effectively sold out for 2025, with limited product types remaining. 

  • Safe harbor timing: We may be past the peak of safe harbor purchasing, but most expect another surge in late October and early November. The general consensus? Supply will be very tight by December, and those who haven’t secured product may be left with only “take what you can get” options.

  • FEOC guidance on the horizon: The industry is watching closely for clarity, with SEIA signaling possible guidance in October. Some manufacturers are already preparing to comply, while others are strategizing based on ownership structures or focusing on competitive pricing for projects moving forward without tax credits.

  • Optimism despite the obstacles: It’s no secret the solar industry is an obstacle course — but what stood out most at RE+ was the optimism and confidence across the industry.
