    Position Overview

    The Solar Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of B2B clients in the solar industry. This role involves prospecting new leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. You will use Gmail for communication, Pipedrive as our CRM, and Apollo for lead generation and outbound outreach.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate and qualify leads using Apollo and other outbound tools

    • Manage and track all customer interactions, deals, and pipelines in Pipedrive

    • Conduct outreach via email (Gmail), phone, and virtual meetings to build relationships with solar installers, distributors, and developers

    • Present product offerings, pricing, and financing options to prospective clients

    • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close wholesale deals

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, industry trends, and market pricing

    • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

    • Track progress against sales targets and provide regular reporting on pipeline, activity, and forecasts

    • Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in B2B sales (solar, renewable energy, or related technical industry preferred)

    • Strong understanding of the solar supply chain and wholesale product market

    • Proficiency with Gmail and CRM applications. Pipedrive and Apollo lead generation for outreach and sales tracking is a plus.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    • Self-motivated with the ability to manage leads and pipelines independently

    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

With a strong focus on service, reliability, and strategic growth, we are expanding our revenue team and seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support our executive leadership.

    Position Overview

    The Sales Operations & Administrative Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer by handling the administrative, operational, and organizational tasks that keep the sales process running smoothly. This role will enable leadership to focus on high-level sales, strategy, and closing key accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    CRM & Sales Process Support

    • Manage and maintain accounts, contacts, and deal pipelines in Pipedrive CRM

    • Input and update lead data from Apollo into the CRM

    • Organize and track email campaigns and follow-up sequences using Gmail and Apollo

    • Ensure data accuracy across all sales systems

    Administrative Support

    • Prepare quotes, proposals, pricing sheets, and follow-up documentation

    • Draft and send emails on behalf of sales leadership for lead nurturing and follow-up

    • Schedule meetings, demos, and client calls; coordinate calendars for the Chief Revenue Officer and Business Development Director

    • Compile weekly sales reports, KPI dashboards, and forecasting metrics

    Operational Coordination

    • Assist with onboarding new customers, ensuring required documents and credit applications are completed

    • Follow up with customers for purchase orders, payments, and required documentation

    • Liaise with logistics and operations teams to confirm inventory availability and delivery timelines

    • Organize product information, marketing collateral, and sales resources for easy access by the sales team

    Research & Lead Generation

    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industries, and target accounts

    • Assist in building outbound prospect lists using Apollo and import them into CRM workflows

    • Monitor inbound leads and route them appropriately to sales leadership

    Qualifications

    • Experience in sales operations, administrative support, or sales coordination 

    • Solar/Renewable energy industry experience a plus but not required

    • Proficiency with Gmail, Pipedrive, and Apollo or comparable CRM/lead generation tools

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong technical proficiency and willingness to learn new tools

    • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of sales leadership
